Ride was the app that helped you connect with commuters going in the same direction for ride-sharing. Unlike taxi-hailing apps, Ride brought people together to share a ride and eliminated more cars on the road. The app handled everything from scheduling to route management to cost splitting and made it easy for users to carpool together.
The team at Ride had created a user-friendly app and needed help with feature updates and ongoing enhancements to the product along with marketing needs to help support their ambitious mission of being the preferred ride-sharing app for daily commutes. I worked with our Dev & Eng teams on UX/UI enhancements to the app, created brand and style guidelines, designed marketing materials, tradeshow graphics, presented designs to senior leadership and the CEO, and helped to activate customers at a few of our partner locations.
